GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project includes expansion of a parking lot at an existing worship facility. A total of 159 new parking spaces will be added. Grading and site development work includes site erosion control, site clearing, removal of top soil, subgrade preparation, concrete curbs, sidewalks, storm sewer system, detention pond, graded aggregate base, asphalt paving, septic system landscaping, resurfacing of existing pavement, NPDES services and construction materials testing. Total disturbed area is approximately 2.59 acres.
